Shipping & Returns


Thank you for visiting and shopping at thehwogbrand.com. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The following is everything you need to know about our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders usually are reviewed and processed within 24-48 hours

  • Most items are made to order and to ensure the quality of our products we ask for 2-3 weeks for the product to be made. This DOES NOT include preorders.
  • Once complete, all approved orders will receive standard shipping of 2-3 business days. This DOES NOT include international orders outside of the United States.

  • Orders are not shipped on holidays and weekends

  • EXPEDITED Shipping, such as sending items overnight, is NOT AVAILABLE

 

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We are doing our best to be able to offer shipping around the globe, as soon as possible.

 

 

Easy Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the time your merchandise is delivered (“delivered” means the item(s) have been distributed to the address corresponding on your order). If 14 days have passed since that date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us. Please do not return if your item doesn't meet these requirements because we will not be able to resend to you.

To request a return

Please email us at service@hwogapparel.com, with ATTN: Return Request + (your order number) in the subject line. Make sure you have the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Your name and address, including post code

  3. Contact telephone number

  4. Email address

  5. Reason for return (Wrong item shipped, Defective item)

Return Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and delivery. 

  • If you decide to return your product on your own (not using our label) unfortunately, we will not be able to credit back your shipping cost.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

  • Check your bank account again. 

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
